Dr Mary Anne Hall
Mary Anne is the Director of EPEC Education, and also the Senior Trainer and Assessor. Mary Anne is committed to ensuring all students receive the highest level of service while studying at EPEC Education. Mary Anne has worked in the education industry for over 15 years, and has extensive qualifications including: Bachelor Arts; Doctorate of Philosophy; Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Mary Anne also owns 17 services in the Long Day Care and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) industries.

Mary Anne is a very approachable and open person, and loves to see her students achieve. She will do all she can to ensure you succeed on your study journey!
We are fortunate to have Tammy on board as our Training guru. She has worked in the training industry for over 10 years in student support, career development, apprenticeships, traineeships and recruitment. Tammy holds a Bachelor degree in Human Resources and Marketing, and a Diploma of Management.
She has extensive experience in mentoring students throughout their studies and assisting them in their practical placements. She has liaised with many industry providers to support students within their workplaces.
“Everyone should have the opportunity to reach their full potential in life. Not everyone is fortunate to have someone who sees what they can achieve and helps them with the steps to get there. Providing study and career advice is the first step to reaching your goals but without support and self-belief you may stumble along the way. It’s not just about starting the study journey, sometimes you need someone who’s prepared to stay by your side and help you cross the finish line. I believe every student deserves to have that person."
Tammy has run many career workshops, mock interviews, job readiness for youth, and ‘how to get that job’ seminars. She will provide you with the one on one support you need to get through your study and the best possible chance of getting the job you want.
Rebecca Schulz is a Trainer at EPEC Education and brings to this role a wealth of experience. She has worked in the Long Day Care and OSHC (Outside School Hours Care) industries for over 15 years, as both a Centre Director and an Operations Manager. Rebecca's qualifications include: a Cert IV in Workplace, Training and Assessment, and an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
“Having worked as a childcare centre Director, I know what employers are looking for – and I know what it takes to be successful in the childcare industry. I really love being a trainer and I believe in the importance of students gaining 'on the job' practical experience as part of their studies. Working in childcare is a challenging and exciting career, and I gain so much satisfaction from seeing my students succeed”.
Rebecca is a very experienced trainer and educator, and will provide you with expert support to ensure you complete your studies. She has excellent teaching skills and delivers her knowledge in an easy to understand format.
Debbie Kearney is a Trainer who is committed to the pursuit of professional excellence in the Early Childhood profession. Debbie has over 16 years industry experience as both a Child Care Centre Director, and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Operations Manager, and acts as a wonderful resource to students as they actively achieve their study goals. Debbie holds an Advanced Diploma in Children's Services and Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment.
"I am passionate about the Early Education and Care industry. I believe that well trained students will assist children in reaching their full potential and ultimately becoming capable, compassionate and contented individuals. I made the transition to become an Early Childhood Trainer as I am a firm believer that quality training and support can aid educators in reaching their full potential, therefore assisting the industry to gain the respect and recognition it deserves."
Robyn has 30 years’ experience in administration and business management in the Health and Childcare Industries, with 11 years’ experience in Childcare Services.
She has exceptional administration, business management and student support skills, and has been responsible for planning, directing and coordinating effective and efficient administration operations for a range of Childcare Services. Robyn holds a Diploma of Business Management and Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
